Haven't received PEPSI promo rewards

I had 10 codes to enter through the pepsi website. Entered them on day one (6 days ago) yet I have not received a single pack. Anyone else with this issue / anyone know of a fix?

I didn't get my packs from the pepsi and i would like a solution instead of getting a link to another page the entire time
