Heavy touches when not holding sprint

I am getting stuck in mud game play even when I have hard wire 20ping this happens all the time and it’s like my players are taking extra touches. The only way I have found to fix this is delete my game and re install but a couple games later it’ll do it again. Can anyone please help because I feel like I have tried everything
