Help with code activation

Hello, I activated the code on the EA app for FIFU 24, it says that it is successful, then the installation starts and it just spins and nothing happens. Then I turn off the EA app and turn it on again and enter the library when it doesn't have my games. I tried to I delete the cache from the application but it didn't work. Can someone help me please?
