Community ManagerCDKeys is an unauthorized retailer so it's possible there will be issues with their codes. Hopefully, their support can get this taken care of for you.
Stop telling people it is an issue with their keys and start fixing the issue. This same issue arose with the new Star Wars: Jedi Survivor game, which required a "Backend" fix to be implemented. So why dont you start working on that "Backend" fix and provide the people the game that they have paid for and have a recognised key by the service.
