Hey all,
We see that some of you tried to log in from another account and have been able to access it with no issues. It could be an issue related to the account, but to be sure, we suggest performing the following steps:
Companion App
- Remove the FC 24 companion App.
- Perform a clear cache of your device.
- Download and install the companion App and try to log in.
Web App
- Go to Settings > Sign Out.
- Perform a clear cache of your browser (here is the guide for Google Chrome)
- Try again to log in to the Web App.

I have cleared my cache and my issue still exists (kick out after opening a pack)
There is still something wrong if you can login. You cannot open packs effectively. You get kicked out with 'login unavailable' after each pack.
So its either,
1. you cannot login.
2. if you can, you cannot open packs as it kicks you out after everyone opened.

This is the problem on their end for sure. If you open a pack there is a message that there are problem with log in services and the team is working on it.

Same here, I got two account, one for me and one for my son. My son's account work without any issue but mine keep saying EA account server not available for either web app or iOS app.
