Hey all,
We see that some of you tried to log in from another account and have been able to access it with no issues. It could be an issue related to the account, but to be sure, we suggest performing the following steps:
Companion App
- Remove the FC 24 companion App.
- Perform a clear cache of your device.
- Download and install the companion App and try to log in.
Web App
- Go to Settings > Sign Out.
- Perform a clear cache of your browser (here is the guide for Google Chrome)
- Try again to log in to the Web App.
Let us know if the steps above helped you to fix the issue.

- Main Platform: Xbox
- Account: lfcjohn (xbox gamertag)
- Date/Time error occurred: 18 Jul 2:00pm (GMT+7)
- Error message shown: When login web app or iOS app, EA account Servers Unavailable. I can enter UT mode at Xbox, and If i login and try the web app or iOS app, the system will notify that I'm currently login at console and ask me to logout if using web app.
