How to install the game using second redeemed key and not the first ?

Early access issue with CDKey.

Basically I purchased the Ultimate edition from CD Keys and installed with the redeem code they had sent, this was prior to early access launch. Then about a day before Early access was due to to launch received an Email from CDKeys telling me there would be an issue with this key down the line and to replace it with the new one.

The instructions were to uninstall the game and then redeem the new code, I did this and it allowed me to download the game again under the new key and when early access began I was able to play with no issues.

Tonight there was an update required by EA to play, So i downloaded it and once it had finished installing I noticed I was no longer getting ultimate edition.. when I checked the redeem code it had reverted back to the first key I had put in that was going to have issues down the line which i'm now having... 

When I go into redeem code and try to use the new code they sent me, When i put it in I can see its for Ultimate edition as expected but when I go to redeem it tells me it's already been used.. which it has by me.

I've tried uninstalling the game 3/4 times and reinstalling and it continues to install the game with the old key..without ultimate edition, and when I even go into Choose other editions it lists Ultimate edition and tells me under it You own this edition.

How do I get the game to install using the second key and not the first one ?.

Quick update: along with this thread I have contact CD keys support and linked them to this thread so they can see all the users having the same issue, hopefully they will have a response for us soon.
