How to report a bug in FC 24?

I’m having an issue with the new evo (flow state) on Fc26 it’s supposed to be repeatable 4 times but after I used it the first time it keeps on showing “this action can’t be performed cause this evolution has expired” 

ps: this evo was released 2 days ago
