I accidentally ordered EAFC 25 twice

I accidentally ordered EAFC 25 twice Because it only took one penny and I thought it wasn’t working so I orders it again and it charged me another penny. Will I get charged £160 or just £80? please ...

    You'll need to contact the retailer that the game was purchased from. If you purchased it through the EA App, open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here so they can assist with this. Thank you.

this same thing happened to me but with the sims. I cannot get in contact with EA help. They keep closing my cases saying resolved and I have not been refunded. Once I show them the proof of being charged twice for the same exact item they complete ignore my emails. What is the most frustrating is that there is not a number I can call and there is never an option to chat with someone. this is now day 5 i am trying to resolve this problem.
