you have to contact support chat so they refresh your library. But be careful because the game will be lost for you. I had the same issue and now I can't play online because it looks like they banned my account for no reason. I purchased the game using my own MasterCard that is for same region of my account. looks like EA have a lot of issues and glitches but they don't help and fix
