Hey there,

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play your game. Can you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?
While we don't know which steps you've tried, I suggest that you start with a Clean Boot and after that, run both Steam and EA app as admin, then launch the game from Steam.
