I can not create EA account

Hi. I had account whit my e mail adress linked whit ea and then I changed that email adress whit new one, also I changed that linked email whit new one so right now my old e mail adress is not linked...

    I did everything from the link but still can not create new account

     Can I send you in private message my e mail to check what is wrong please?
