I can't control my player ın clubs mode

I have a big problem in clubs mod.Whenever I enter a match with my friends, I can't control my character or my character randomly runs and goes off the field.I dont have a internet problem because I am playing different online games except he FC24 and ı dont have a ping problem.I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but it didn't work.How can I solve that problem ?Please help me.
