I, too, haven't received my Prime Rewards even though it is marked as claimed on the Prime Gaming page and my accounts are already linked

If your account is linked but you don't have the rewards, then I recommend reaching out to our live support team via the following link:

They can take a look at this for you. Hopefully they can find out what the issue is and help you fix it. 🙂

- @EA_QueenBee I do not have the option for chatting with an agent. I have only the Help Article as option.

Try selecting different problem categories. A contact option should pop up for you if you keep trying different ones.
