If you're being kicked out to the main menu after every game, it sounds to me like a soft ban, but typically you only get those if you leave a bunch of games quickly after each other. They typically last 24 hours, but if it's not that, then I can share some troubleshooting steps. What platform do you play on?- @EA_QueenBee PlayStation 5
