This may depend on your account region. Please restart the EA app and clear cache then check again. Make sure that your EA play is still active.
If you have an active EA Play membership but still can't access the trial, please let me know your region and whether you purchased the game on the EA app store or from a different seller.

@EA_Pulsar it doesn't work, this is a pointless attempt to fix this issue. Still we paid for something we did not received, of course it's not your personal fault, but EA said nothing about this and they don't care.

I ve done that but it still appears for me "wait for the official realease date ( Sep 22, 2023, 5:00 Am) to launch Ea sports fc 24 Ea Play pro edition

I bought it through EA’s offical website for the game and the region was correct since i paid with my local currency “Egyptian Pound”, and yes my membership is active but i cant see a 10 hour trial option at all!

I have preordered the standard edition + bought the ea play for 4 euros. Seems like scam once again.. Well done EA:

This doesn't help at all I can't play even though I have ea play and have pre ordered and downloaded the game to my console please help
