I havent received my eafc prime pack

I linked my twitched account wifh my EA account. I took the EA FC #1 from twitch prime, but i dont receive anything in the game. 

In twitch account, it says its pendent. 

Im pretty sure im using the correct account. I dont know what to do

Same, it shows as Pending in Prime, I recieved packs from FIFA 23 no problem

Same issue here. Still haven't recieved it. Used same accounts I did in Fifa 23 and they all worked fine. First pack in FC 24? Nothing. Great job, EA!
