I preordered EA FC24 but I can't install the game
I pre ordered the game but every time I try to install it it comes up with a 'Download Error'
How can I fix this?

I am experiencing the same problem and I checked the order history and it says my order is still “processing” and I ordered it in august.
Yeah same wtf is going on
I am also having this issue. I checked my order history and it says my order has been completed and my money was taken weeks ago but my game just gets stuck in a infinite preparing loop and its quite frustrating
