I purchased the wrong in-game pack. I have a refund request.

Hello, I entered the market tab to purchase a package of 3500 points on December 12, 2023. However, I accidentally purchased a package worth 3000 points. I am a victim. A.I request the refund of the 3000 points package I purchased. If the return process is impossible, I have two different solution suggestions.My first suggestion is to refund the 3000 points missing from my account. My second solution suggestion is to have the package I want to receive sent to my account.Afterwards, 500 points from my account will be deleted I am waiting for positive feedback on the subject. I hope you can help me.I wish you good work

  • Hey @sahnselm  I am sorry to hear about your unintentional purchase of a different pack. I wish I could fix this for you, but all in-game transactions are final and non-refundable.
