i used the companion app to sell players but didn't receive any coins

Question

I have used the companion app on my phone to sell a player (Nesta - 91 rated) for 309,000 coins and the player has sold but i have not received any coins. By balance still is only ~40,000 coins. I have tried signing in and out over the last 24 hours but nothing is changing. The player is not in my club and not in the quick sell recovery. Not sure how to resolve as i have tried navigating ea contact us page but find it extremely difficult to find a contact us for live chat or email. Can someone please help as i have never experienced this in my 9 years of playing this game?&nbsp;

How to find a missing Item&nbsp;

Missing an Item you purchased from the Transfer Market or got in a Pack? These could be Player Items, Consumables, Stadium Items or Staff/Managers.&nbsp;

Double-check your Club to make sure it isn’t there.&nbsp;
Check the Store to see if you have any unclaimed Items.&nbsp;
Check the Transfer Targets section to see if your purchase of a Player Item in the Transfer Market was successful.&nbsp;
Check your Won and Expired Items to see if it’s there.&nbsp;

When a Player Item gets stuck after you’ve bought it from the Transfer Market, it should be automatically corrected within 72 hours. After 72 hours passes, check your Transfer Targets to see if your Item appears.&nbsp;
If you don’t get the Item after 72 hours, an EA Advisor will try to regrant it to you -&nbsp;follow the steps below to get in touch with our team. If an Item can’t be unstuck, you may get a copy of it instead. You may still see the stuck Item, but you’ll be able to use the copy.&nbsp;

Make sure you didn’t Quick Sell the Player.&nbsp;

You can undo up to 5 Quick Sells for Player Items per 31-day period&nbsp;using our Quick Sell Recovery tool in the Web and Companion Apps.&nbsp;
Note: You will need to have sufficient Coins to recover a Quick Sold Item.&nbsp;

Once you submit Items to Squad Building Challenge (SBCs), they’re permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards.&nbsp;

If an item was used in an SBC we can't reverse it.&nbsp;
Make sure you always check your Squad before submitting it into a SBC.&nbsp;

Smae thing happened to me today, ai just sold 2 players for 250 coins each and I never got money.

I had suspicions this has been happening but never paid to much attention, however today I took note of the coins I had before putting players on sell and once those to got sold my money did not increase. It's ridiculous that instead of improving the experience year after year it just keeps getting worse.

Yeah couldnt agree more mateEven little things like when you buy fifa points to open good packs they never seem to be tradeable. It's like they dont want you to have coins in the game just pushing you to keep buying points.&nbsp;But I'm hell off it that 300k coins just disappear to where....??And i bet i know what the end result of this will be. I'll have to just end up taking the L. So cooked.
