I won but did not count

Hello, recently I was playing a FUT CHAMPIONS match and I was winning 4-2 when suddenly the opponent disconnected, something very common, but I don't know why this time I skipped a strange message, which I didn't read because I was spamming the X button to exit quickly, when I return to the menu I see that it has not counted as a victory, nor as a defeat, which rules out the possibility that the disconnection was mine, could someone help me?
