Insane input lag FC24 on PC

Thanks buddy - unfortunately i've tried all of this as well.  And to add I don't have issues with frames.  Game runs "smoothly" however it's a type of input lag.  The likely reason my guess is servers.  However, I have another theory it could be some broken issue with the controller input on PC.  I've seen mid-game my mouse curser pop up.  It often says new input connected randomly.  And I've tried several brand new controllers, tried via Bluetooth, etc with no luck..  Then my last theory is there is some sort of game coding that EA puts in the game for skill based matchmaking to give an edge to the opponent by causing delay for the higher rated player (not to toot my own horn).  But it honestly feels like this sometimes because occasionally I'll face a very good player and seem to not have issues which could be coincidence, but its rare so its interesting.    

So genuinely, I really don't know.
