ISP Issue to load to EA Servers

Hi Everyone, I have problems with my ISP for playing in EA Servers, it turns out my latency was high only when I'm playing FIFA and FC 24.

I talked with my ISP and they are asking the FC Servers IP Address, so they could ping it and check about it, and help me to fix this connection issue. Is there any chance for me to get the servers IP address?
