Issues with ping and jitter on Xbox Series X

Hi everyone, 

I've been experiencing severe issues with ping and jitter since the game's release. 

I have 1gb Hyperoptic broadband and am connected through ethernet. 

Every other game is fine but on FC 24 on Xbox Series X, I'm having contact problems in every single match.

Before the match, my ping shows as between 4ms-20ms ping but when I go into the match, it jumps up to between 70-100ms and I get the jitter symbol pop up - this happens every single match without fail. 

I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps: Restart console, restart router, try it on Wi-Fi, change channel, turn on/off upnp, port forwarding, remove profile from Xbox, redownload the game...

Nothing is working. Wondering if anything else if experiencing the same problem and has found a fix? Please help, it's unplayable.
