Just opened a rare players pack and didnt receive any player 83 rated or higher

As stated, I just opened an rare players pack from my (elite 2) squad battle rewards. A rare players pack should guarantee at least one 83 rated player or higher, although the highest rated player I received was Malcom (81 rated).

I play on PC, but claimed and opened my rewards via the companion app on my android mobile device. 

I feel cheated and feel I should  be compensated for this.
