This is unacceptable. To be disconnected every game and lose after some difficult matches without any valid reason is not acceptable. I need to be rewarded or fix this * right away.
AND HERE IS MY * QUALITY REPORT BECAUSE YOU WANT TO MAKE US HAVING A BAD CONNECTION AND SOME GARBAGE EXCUSES!!!!!
How does the WHOLE COMMUNITY know you have server issues but you can't seem to figure it out!? Watching an EAFC streamer this afternoon there were tons of players complaining of disconnects. My game has been disconnecting all day. Been kicked out of the store 5+ times, been kicked out of SBC's 3 times, and now my squad battle games are disconnecting... FIX YOUR GAME!!! Aaaaaaaand start giving out compensation to all the players that are losing out on rewards in Squad Battles, Rivals, and Champs because your servers can't keep connections. If all these players are having problems with disconnects, its not on our end, it's your problem! Own up to your mistakes and fix them!
Please let me know when I can expect my compensation.
Exactly the issues I am having. I wouldn’t mind so much if the disconnects / unable to access ultimate team at this time etc didn’t affect my points and future rewards, but it does! Seems as the problem is getting worse, Rivals is all but unplayable for the past few days, with long ping times and then stuttering and buffering during the games. Then disconnects. Ughh. At least squad battles used to be a place where one could reasonably enjoy a few games, try out new players and get some decent rewards every week. But now???? Don’t get me started on the “pack weight” - it is abysmal across all packs, whether they be player picks, 84x7s, 83x10s, 86x2s…what happened?
Not sure what can be done to compensate for the disconnects. Not going to waste my time even trying to do an online or single player draft, as there is no way it will end well.And my connection is nearly perfect.
I’m in Australia. Same issue here over past week. On PS5. Telco Optus. On NBN FTP.
