launch options for DirectX function "D3D12Createdevice" failed with HR?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get FC 24 to work on an old PC laptop. It has an i5-5200 CPU with integrated graphics Intel HD Graphics 55000. It runs on MS W10 Enterprise, 10.0.19045. I have tried almost everything I could find to fix the DirectX error (see attached), including reinstalling the graphics card driver, using a directx install tool, reinstalling the game, updating the BIOS, and so on.

I also tried to change the launch options with -DX11 and -DX12. But I can't find more possibilities like getting it to launch in windowed mode, or maybe automatically skipping the opening video. Are there other launch options I could try?

Any other suggestions? Is this computer's graphic card too old to run the game?
