I recently bought a ps5 and I bought fc24. I try to connect to online mode for the game and I get the credentials expired. I went to my Playstation account and saw that I had my ps4 and ps5 linked to...

    This is something that our support team will need to investigate for you. It seems that your PSN ID may be linked to an old account that hasn't been used for a while. 

    Check also if resetting your password will help you activate that account.

    I have tried the reset of passwords and I believe in my eyes, everything I could possibly do on my own to remedy the situation. I am at the point of creating a new psn account and buying the game again. I just don't think she would approve of that haha. How can I reach the support team? I have reached out to support, but all I have been able to communicate with is a bot.
