Loading into ultimate team

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If im clicking on ultimate team, i see the menu loading in the background, but there's a "please wait" (een ogenblik geduld, dutch translation) in front of it. It doesnt matter how long you wait it stays.
What happens when the bug occurs? The music keeps playing, but the controller doesnt do anything. Only thing you can do is close the game from the ps4 menu.
What should be happening instead? "Please wait" (een ogenblik geduld) dutch translation should be gone, so you can play ultimate team
" Please wait" screen in front of my ultimate team menu, nothing works. You can only shutdown the game from the ps4 menu
I can play all the other menu's. It only happens in ultimate team
