@EA_Aljo verified it many times online to log in just as though the button on the game isn’t being processed.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely.
Have you tried just hitting the Menu button instead of continue? That's the small button to the lower right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
Also, if you have anything plugged into the USB ports, try removing those. It's a longshot, but possibly could help.
- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo Yes I’ve literally tried everything, just attempted the cycle then same outcome , don't really know at this point don’t think it’s a console issue genuinely think it’s just a glitch on EA side

It won’t let me press continue either I’ve tried the past 3 days done everything deleted the game and re installed nothing helps
