Login verification code sent but cannot enter the code

When it shows login verification where I can click continue button to send me a code to my email, after i hit the continue button, it says now’s a bad time. And i am not able to do anything but close...

@EA_Aljo Yes I’ve literally tried everything, just attempted the cycle then same outcome , don't really know at this point don’t think it’s a console issue genuinely think it’s just a glitch on EA side

It won’t let me press continue either I’ve tried the past 3 days done everything deleted the game and re installed nothing helps
