Low FPS for unknown reasons on EA SPORTS FC 24

i keep having a stuttering issues i have tried v sync on- maximum performance- low latency set to ultra - all in game settings set to low -locked the frame rate and refresh rate to 60 - raising the priority - i tried following the guide for micro-stuttering and tearing but i cant find a way to disable direct x or overclocking- i also tried windowed and windowed borderless . it seems to work only if  restart the game 7 to 10 times which is exhausting since the ea cheat takes years to boot so please help. my specs:

Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H (20 CPUs), ~2.4GHz

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU

1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (144Hz)

Thank you very much for coming back to me with an answer, really appreciate it.

My display is connected to GPU, this is for sure, i checked again )) , all Win updated are up to date.

Regarding system file checker , this is something new for me to be honest but i done it as it is on Microsoft support web

A clean Boot- also something new for me but i did it, as in EA support that you share with me, all, step by step

Game requirements are not so big, i am playing BF2042, RDR2, Cyberpunk and so on on high quality settings but for your sure here are mine:
OS: Windows 10 PRO - 64-Bit
Processor(AMD): AMD Ryzen 5 5600H  @ 3.3 GHZ
Memory: 16 GB
Graphics Card(Nvidia): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
Direct X: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent (feature level 12_0)
Online Connection Requirements: 512kbps minimum internet speed. Internet Connection required to install and play.
Hard Drive Space: SSD ( with game and so on and still 150 GB free)

Mister @EA_Barry , what can be done more in order to play the game if every thing that you wrote didn't help me?

I read yesterday on a forum that if i will low the resolution, FPS will be ok and it really works,

Now on corners there are about 25 FPS, on simple career mode FPS are about 50-60 but if i start career with single player and chose the camera mode on the player ( i forgot it name ) FPS are not more than 16-28...

Mister @EA_Barry better let us all know when an update will be made in order to improve the game's system.
