I am having the same issues. I have 3 manager careers and I cannot advance pass the first transfer window without the game crashing. I cannot find a fix anywhere... This only started happening after the 11.1 update.
@Shayazatit seems to be player by player basis. No reasoning has been found. Sometimes it's because of created players in the career, sometimes not. I've been playing on PS4 and have had the issue non stop for months.
I am using mods so I maybe thought that was the issue.. but even without mods it was crashing. I guess I’m just another victim of this atrocity ☹️
