How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into a real manager career and put the weather to rain/snow or sim onto the winter months and from there take a look at the oppositions manager who has the jacket on but never mines.
What happens when the bug occurs? Manager jacket doesn’t appear when it’s rain/snow or during the winter months.
What should be happening instead? Manager jacket should be appearing

How come whenever I start a career mode, my manager never seems to where a jacket in the rain/snow etc? Is this a bug or was it removed? I use a real manager when this happens but whenever I use a created manager this issue never happens. It ruins the immersion but I would really like to hear any feedback from you EA.
