Title Update #11 pitch notes released.

It contains no mention of this bug. 

As always, I will test it in-game myself when the update releases in the hopes that it got silently fixed.

    Title Update #11 DID NOT FIX THIS BUG.

    I tested it myself in Online Seasons. 

    EAFC24 is at the half-way mark and STILL we can't play FULL MANUAL. What a shame this is for this years game.

      Another title update that ignores Full Manual players 🤷‍♂️

      This is a game breaking issue for us.
