Missing 5600 points

I have gotten in contact with EA Help but everytime I respond to their emails, it creates a new case.

the chat function doesn’t work.

I bought fifa points but they show up as 0 points in game. It isn’t a visual glitch. It still thinks I have 0 points.

the transaction shows up in transaction history but not in the games and app services

how else am I supposed to get these points seeing as I can’t refund and can’t even get it sorted out!!

  • @IrishMorrisLFC I can understand your frustration, especially when you've made a purchase and it doesn't reflect in-game. It's additionally disheartening when trying to get support becomes a challenge in itself.

    It's odd that every email response opens a new case. Ideally, replying to the support email should continue the same thread and not generate a new case number. I'd suggest noting down your case numbers for reference, especially the original one.

    In many gaming forums, users have sometimes found resolution by reaching out through social media channels, such as Twitter. EA has an official handle (@EAHelp) which addresses issues, and sometimes a public post can expedite the resolution process.

    As a precaution, always be sure to redact or avoid posting personal/payment info in public forums or social media.

  • I've had the same issue last night I'm still waiting for my points to come through im giving it 24 hours. From the purchase, It's really unacceptable to not receive anything straight away from the purchase especially from a big company and game. This really has proven to me not to trust ea again!! 

    all I got was a thank you for the purchase. 
    yet nothing. I'm glad someone has mentioned the same situation though hope you get the points as same as me.

    Yeah mate I couldn’t find anything on Twitter so I’m glad I’m not alone too haha

    Not even a update on EA twitter saying they’re investigating fifa point issues

    I have the exact same issues I’ve tried contacting both PlayStation and EA support but I’m just being redirected back to the same page over and over again. Is there anything else I can do?

  • Hope you managed to get them man, I’ve still had no luck.

    keeps asking for a proof of purchase on the games and app services screen….those transactions don’t exist to screenshot 🙄

    instead every time I tell them this, a new advisor asks for the same thing

    terrible service, honestly
