Missing Gift Card

I have raised a case with Microsoft and they said to contact EA, I have contacted EA and they advised to post on the forums.......... I purchased EA Sports FC 24 via an offer on the Xbox One version of Fifa 23 when it was reduced, the offer stated that I would get Fifa points and a gift card. I got the points but there has been no gift card issued, attached is a screenshot of the offer and also the conversation with Microsoft. 

Has anyone else redeemed this offer and know anything about the gift card.
