I tried engaging then through chat support and none of the agents were helpful, in fact there was this guy Rajnish who asked me for any player I had submitted for the sbc, I told him there were 15 sbcs and I don't remember them all but I did remember I had to part ways with Jorge Campos who is a 93 ovr goal keeper and then he asked for more I challenged him quoting "you asked only for one card" and then he disconnected being very rude. I am open to any suggestions at this point as all I want is get what is rightfully mine and get the Ronaldo card as he was my favorite striker when I was a kid

Hey there,
I'm sorry to hear you're missing your SBC player. We won't be able to recover missing content here on AHQ, but I can try to point you in the right direction.
The first thing I'd do is check to see if the card was accidentally quick-sold by checking the quick-sell recovery tool in the Web and Companion App. If the card is not present there, then you will need to try speaking to EA Help Support once again. When contacting them, try to provide as much information as you can, such as the date that you completed the SBC and some of the main cards used in the SBC (if possible) as this information will help them finding the item.I hope this helps,

Hey there,
Thanks for your help, as a matter or fact I've done every single step you just suggested above, I even tried to contact them through EA Help support, at first I had chat support they weren't helpful at all, I provided all the info they requested me from, including the name of a player I submitted on the sbc and the Indian guy who was assisting me just dropped the chat disconnecting himself probably because his shift ended, that was rude. At this point I feel EA robbed me and passed on a chance to acknowledge a bug when you do an sbc and you do the loan sbc as the last one to get the permanent card. In the end what I did was do the 85+ 10x and luckily after many days I got the Ronaldo card.
