Can't login due to an @disabeled.ea account linked to my playstation network.
What can I do to delete this linked account?

I have been waiting for a live agent for 4 hours. Ea is telling me that my xbox live gamertag is linked to a 29*****@disabled.ea.com email. I never authorized this. I have had an ea account since 2014. This is unacceptable.
