Even after confirming there’s an issue as per the my conversation with support team still issue is not fixed and no compensation provided

I have been having a problem with getting my uefa euro 2024 player item. Been asking for help for a while now, still no resolution. I have been told to wait and see until the 16th. The objectives are pending and time is running out.
