    Click your profile then drops and rewards. Then click claim for the objective

I watched over 90 minutes of the pro live stream 17 days ago, and caimed all the drops in twitch and did actually get all the rewards except for the prime gold players pack which I need to complete an objective.. I also tried watching today's stream for over 2 hours but still haven't gotten the pack ingame.. can someone help me here.
