I’m missing the drops offered watching the live event at Twitch, Of course I have linked my accounts (in fact I can get the monthly twitch prime pack), but I’m really tired because 15 days ago in the last live event following Twitch I got 400exp (2x) but in game was missed (Ticket without answer:160957174 and 160938755) , now (today) I claimed the rewards at Twitch but are not in the game THE SAME!!…
For me, this is a fraud offer, nobody give information about that, and my replies come blocked "for spam" and I'm not spamming, I only want to find help, also the help chat is closed.
Also I’m missing the content with the game objective FC PRO Objective Completionist, EA through their X account 4 days ago said that “are aware” but how many days need to solve this?
@ffasanor all the same situation with my rewards for objectives. It just doesn’t count for “start your journey” and “FC PRO Objective Completionist” so I haven’t received all that packs for Black Friday promo. Disappointing…
