Missing Ultimate edition content and EA Play content on PS5.

Tried to get help from EA Help with no luck and they told me to take the issue here.

I have FC 24 Ultimate Edition on PS5 and when I tried to open the loan pack the other day, I was meet with this error message (see attachment)

And after that I have not received the Nike promo pack that includes the Nike promo loan, Nike Kit and guaranteed TOTW item.

On top of that, I have an active EA Play subscription and have not received the exclusive EA Play kit and draft token.
