Missing Ultimate edition content and EA Play content on PS5.

Tried to get help from EA Help with no luck and they told me to take the issue here. I have FC 24 Ultimate Edition on PS5 and when I tried to open the loan pack the other day, I was meet with this...

@waikeifung Yep. I've got exactly the same issue. No ultimate edition content either. Only thing I got was the fc points. Missed out doing the Nike objectives because of this. Very unfair 😒
