Mixed campaign

last night I did the mixed campaign sbc and packed 90 Romero, I replaced booby Moore with him but when I checked this morning, Romero is not in my team and is no way in my club

i did the mixed campaign before Christmas and never got the rewards either and the help was not helpgul

so in all I missing a player and I never received the pack from before
