my ea acc

Hi my name is Alit and I have bought EA FC 24 from steam which connected automatically to ea account which the username is alitwiranataa, everytime i play the game it doesn't allow me to connect to the internet which i dont really care much because i usually play career mode, since i wanted to try volta, i search online on how to fix the issue, can you assist me to fix this issue? Also my ea account i think got hacked because when i try to login the ea app and i forgot the password, i tried to reset the password but the email attached is not my email, i only have [edit: email address removed] and [edit: email address removed] but the email attached shown is v****[edit: email address removed], looking from the domain, it seems like the domain is coming from russia and my account information is from Indonesia, it also shown that the account got banned for i dont know the reason, i dont really care much about the FUT but this is not fair since i have never played any FUT games and someone stole my account and grieve the game then got banned but i have the responsibility to be banned, i can show you my steam purchased detail of the game if you need proves as well, please help me to resolve this issue EA team, much appreciated for the time
