Yesterday I had a problem with launching the game, even though I have the ultimate version, the game displayed a message that it will be available only on September 29, 2023. After contacting the support, I managed to regain access to the game, but after activating the ultimate team mode, I cannot enter any game (Squad battles, rivals, moments, UT Live - none of them works). EA Help keeps throwing an error and I can't contact support to fix the problem. What should I do in this situation? The message I receive when trying to enter a match is visible in the attachment
