Hello,
I have a problem that after completing the 10 hours trial period (ea play) and after having redeemed the standard version, EA APP continues to show that my trial period is expired while it should visualize the standard version (runnable after 29/9). Following suggestion from other threads I have cleaned EA app cash and uninstalled the game with no success.
Now it is even worse, the game in uninstalled and is still shown as trial, not allowing me to pre-download.
How to install the standard version?
