- @I1lll1 Yep same here hahahah. If this issue doesnt get resolved by EA theres a good chance CDKEYS will send all of us another copy whith another 4600 FC Points.

I also received 2 keys and had to change the first one, the game in my library still shows the first key even if i redeemed the new too...

So they sent me the first on when I purchased the game this was before the early access launch, I installed the game and was waiting for early access launch, a day later I received email telling me to uninstall game and use the new key, I did this and the game installed using the new key.. and when early access launched I was able to play without any problems.
Tonight the game required an update in EA app and after doing this was no longer able to play just says coming soon.... I checked the product key and it had reverted back to the old useless key they told us to stop using, I tried uninstalling the game 3 times and reinstalling and each time it was still using the old key, I then tried to redeem the new key again and it told me it's already been redeemed... So basically the game has two keys redeemed against it and it always installs using the old key and not the new one.. meaning we don't have ultimate edition and it's faulty as the email said it would be.
IF you go into choose another edition it will tell you under ultimate you own this edition but no option to install it.. So I know the key is redeemed I just need to know how to choose which key to install with.. aka the second one.

I have the ultimate edition. At first, the game worked, but my PS5 controller didn't(even tho it worked with every other game on the PC), which prevented me from playing the game. I spent several hours watching YouTube videos, reading forums, and trying to solve the problem. Nothing worked.
Then a patch comes, the first one since the game was released, and I hope they might have fixed this issue. But now, despite having the ultimate edition, it says that the game cannot be played until September 29th.
Unfortunately, I bought the game through G2A, so I received a code that I redeemed in the EA app to get the game. Therefore, I can't get a refund from EA either, according to them. I have never been so disgusted and angry at a game developer for how they treat their players. With all the in-game purchases and a new game every year, they earn so much money but refuse to provide a solution for a player like me who hasn't received a single dollar's worth since I bought the game; it's terrible.
I have never, in my 29 years, been on a forum and written a post, but now enough is enough. I feel incredibly mistreated by this lousy game company.
- @WarlockMRace CDKEYS sent an email to everyone that bought the game stating that people have been having issues with the game and if yours is faulty and didnt let you play at all. Go back to the website and in your orders once you check the key for the game again it will have changed since they sent a new one to everyone. Whether the game was fine or not.
So I bought the Ultimate Edition of Ea FC 24 yesterday, and have been playing yesterday as well as today. Now when I try launching the game in the EA App, it says i will have to wait for the release of the game? I have already made andvancements and if I click onj the Ultimate Edition it also confirms, that i bought it. Really looking for help so I can play tommorow. Thanks already
