worked bro, thank you.
@Ogboona wrote:I've had this same issue and just got it working (unless EA fixed it at the same time). These are the steps I did, not all are probably relevant but it's what I did in order:
Signed out and back in
Cleared the cache
Repaired the game files (from the 'manage' button next to where 'play' button would be)Clicked restart app from the menu (same place where clear cache option is)
Signed out and back in
P.S - I got ultimate edition mine through CD keys, don't think they are the problem here (not in my case anyway)

Hey All,
If you are still running into the issue, run through the following steps as these are the steps that others are calling out that work. You may not need to perform all, but they should not take any time at all to run through.
Close down your client completely. Make you exit and not just minimize
Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Go to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop and double-click on EAUpdater.exe
- Steam - Verify in your library
Look at that, it works for me :
